Through hard work, resilience and recruiting a robust team of talented agents, Sagiv set out to redefine the industry. Mr Kessler has built his thirty year capital markets career in a variety of roles and companies in business development (capital raising/sales). Mr Kessler has experience as a capital solutions provider working with real estate sponsors, CIO's and has relationships with family offices, Institutional Investors, Trusts and Banks. He has managed investment capital fund raising platforms for Public Real Estate sponsor's, Private Equity Real Estate Funds and early stage real estate partnerships. Mr Kessler has investment marketing experience at BlackRock, UBS, Guggenheim and Merrill Lynch.

Rod Douglas Im

Rod Douglas Im is a commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in the origination, sourcing, structuring and underwriting of debt and equity for all property types. He has originated over 1.5 billion dollars in capital and investments financing projects all the way up the capital stack. Work experience includes JP Morgan Chase (13 years), CBRE, and Bank of America. Additionally, Rod headed the construction loan department at American Interstate, an independent bank. He holds a BA in Economics from UCLA.
